PIP Refund policy:
We at PIP understand that circumstances change. If you must cancel your participation, please notify us at least 15 days prior to the group start date to receive a refund of the program fee minus a $35 processing fee. Refunds are not available if we are notified less than 15 days prior to the group start date or if you fail to attend the group.

PIP reserves the right to cancel a group if registration for each group does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. If PIP cancels a group, we will first try to transfer your family to another group. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

Tdap policy:
To protect the precious babies in the PIPsqueaks Groups, ALL PARTICIPANTS AND FACILITATORS eligible for the vaccine are encouraged to be up to date on the Whooping Cough (Pertussis) vaccination (Tdap). Read more about the Whooping Cough epidemic in Texas here.
